Hai Di Lao – 海底捞
Project carried out for one of the largest Chinese restaurant chains, Hai Di Lao, in their first opening in Spain. The establishment, located in the bustling Gran Vía of Madrid, spans 660m2.
It is situated in a heritage building, which required a feasibility study for both construction and operational licenses. The objective was to advise the China team in the restaurant's design, working closely with the Singapore design team and the engineering and installation team from Beijing.
In order to achieve these goals, Urba worked in close collaboration with the different teams, ensuring the project's feasibility and proposing solutions tailored to the client's needs. Detailed studies of the regulations were conducted, and the necessary reports were submitted to obtain the licenses.
