Diagonal Mar

Complete renovation project for a 90m2 apartment in Diagonal Mar, Barcelona. The main objective was to open up the kitchen to the living room and redistribute the spaces to create an open and bright area.

Our team took care of the entire process, from design and interior decoration to construction and necessary permits.

Full remodeling work was carried out throughout the apartment, from the layout to the installations, including electrical rewiring, underfloor heating system, ducted air conditioning, replacement of terrace flooring with thickened ceramic tiles, Lumon house exterior enclosures, and more.

Since the apartment is located facing the sea, a ceramic tile in beige/sand tones was chosen, creating a feeling of being transported to the beach from both the interior and exterior of the residence.
